Yalumba Running With The Bulls Wrattonbully Tempranillo
The vineyard is in the heart of the Wrattonbully grape growing area. There are two Tempranillo blocks within the vineyard. One is east-west facing along a rise of red soil over limestone, the other faces north-south following down a slope with red soil on limestone at the top, giving way to more alluvial soil at the base.
A vibrant crimson, the Running with Bulls Wrattonbully Tempranillo has an intense nose of black fruits, spiced plums and a truffle smokiness. The savoury palate opens with briar and spiced fruits then finishes with grainy tannins. Drink well now and for five years. Enjoy with chorizo or tapas. Also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
