A subtle yet deep bouquet of citrus rind, aloe vera, almond nougat, hay, and frangipani flowers, loquat and pear. Medium bodied with flavours that gain richness and texture through the palate with hints of latte, nuts, lemon pith, slate and minerality.

A firm, fresh, savoury dry wine. What a stunning nose, aromatic, well, perfumed really, lifted and full of citrus, lemon curd, apricot skin, pears, even a tiny hint of almond, well, gorgeous almond nougat really! Beautiful nose that is at once complex yet integrated, and its hard to pull yourself away from it to taste. That would be a mistake though, for it tastes as good as it smells! It starts out with a touch of apricot from the Viognier, which soon moves over into limes, almond, pear, melon and much more. It is quite crisp in the mouth, yet it manages to fill every spot in your mouth, and it has quite crisp, minerally tinged finish with some lovely acid. Balanced, intense, as fresh as a daisy, and totally delicious with a whisp of fine tannins on the finish. Wonderful stuff! the auswine panel
