JM 1ST APPROACH

The Crabtree Watervale Riesling is made entirely from Crabtree Watervale Estate fruit. Bunches were handpicked and carefully selected to retain the freshness and punchy lime skin and citrus fruit flavour for which Watervale is renowned. This wine represents the finest free run juices from the east and south east estate blocks with no pressings added. The juices were cold fermented in stainless steel tanks to capture all the natural flavours.

Produced from our estate grown fruit in the very heart of the Watervale sub region of the Clare Valley. Lifted aromatics of lemon zest and citrus spice, our Estate riesling has mouth filling concentration, balanced with finely textured, juicy acidity. With careful cellaring should mature gracefully for 10+ years.  Serve with fresh Coffin Bay oysters or pan fried garfish fillets.
