The Crabtree Riesling is made from the finest of these individual block batches. The best free run juices were identified and cold fermented dry. This final wine is a result of carefully blending each small parcel of Riesling together to produce a wine that best expresses the Crabtree Estate and the famous Watervale district of the Clare Valley.
The Crabtree Hilltop Riesling is produced from our estate grown fruit in the heart of the Watervale district in the Clare Valley. The fruit was hand picked and carefully selected to retain the freshness and punchy citrus fruit flavour that Watervale is famous for.
Our Hilltop Riesling shows fragrant pineapple crunch and juicy refreshing acidity. Sealed with a screwcap to ensure integrity of product, enjoy this wine slightly chilled. Serve with fresh grilled sardines and dressed garden salad.
