Medium bodied with fresh juicy acidity and fine tannin providing shape and control, yet has a supple feel, then pulls firm on the finish. Hazelnuts, blood and earth in the flavour mix. The nose is expressive and inviting with aromas of strawberries and cream, raspberry and redcurrant fruits with hints of white pepper, spice, thyme, licorice and creamy lees characters. ...again with an attractive white pepper lift poking through the vibrant fruit..
