Unusually savoury too. That's really really good. Slight balsamic notes add piquancy and edge, but don't necessarily intrude, though I'd rather they were not there. So much character and life to this wine.  94 points Winefront.com.au
Sophisticated architecture. Oak is a minor player, contributing to the texture but never obstructing the fruit. There’s a joie de vivre about the whole affair which is just impossible to deny. Longevity is pretty much assured. 94+ Excellent

60% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre and 5% Cinsault.  Raspberry, licorice, dark cherry, peanuts and a stony earthy character. Medium bodied, minerally, but lush and silky, fresh clear acidity, so even and balanced that you want to drink another glass straight away. Suggest not cellaring it for any length of time. Live in the now, here.  92 points Winefront.com.au

It has a classically sweet aroma, full of bright juicy red fruits, currant and quince, however the 2013 ‘Vincent’ is a different beast from many of the other 2013 Grenaches or Grenache dominant blends I’ve tried so far.

Its aroma is less overwhelmingly floral – instead it has a more savoury meatiness, with an underlying minerality and structure that begs to be examined. On the palate it shows the same sweet fruit but it finishes magnificently dry, with savoury spices, hints of cinnamon, clove and bitter cocoa. The tannins are small and grippy but incredibly smooth, and combined with and long, drawing acidity give it great length and a superb finish.
It is a phenomenal wine for under $30 and should be on everyone’s go-to list for lighter, complex, and dangerously moreish South Australian reds.

Spicy and meaty with that ‘stony’ kind of feel that instantly makes me warm to a wine. Raspberry, floral notes and some darker fruit flavours lead into a medium bodied palate – almost Pinot-like in weight that pitches Australian fruit sweetness with Rhoney stony savouriness to create a thoroughly delicious drinking wine. It's fresh and vibrant with lightly stalky powder fine shaping tannin, and I have to mention it, peanut flavours. Clean and long on the finish. Yum. A delight. Forget your raspberry beret and be done with the idea of confection. This is red fruited, yes, but even as a young wine it’s earthy, meaty, dusty and latently primal. Fine acidity and silty tannin is intricately knitted through the palate. The aftertaste lingers long on dried herbs and a strong note of pastis. 95 points Wine Will Eat Itself
Bright raspberry, cherry, peanut, herbal perfume and mineral. Medium bodied, clean lines, perfect Grenache succulence, but without the confection. Tannin offers gentle slaty grip and the finish is fresh and long. Masterful. Say no more, say no more! 95 points Winefront.com.au

Complex without being try-hard about it. Gorgeous mix of various berried fruits, licorice, grainy tannin, savoury-smoky notes and clovey oak. It's at the upper end of mid-weight but it's mouthfilling. High quality tannin and length. Warm finish but impressive all round.

Fresh and bright, slatey tannins add backbone and structure. The hallmark of this well balanced wine is the purity of fruit, respected by limited maturation in seasoned barrels. Very drinkable, this GSM is completed by a lengthy finish. This is an approachable, fruit-driven and opulent wine that is best enjoyed now or over the next five years.

Flavours are ripe, intense, robust and smartly fruit driven displaying unmistakable varietal Grenache character of blackberry, cherry, plum and licorice. Natural tannins are evident adding structure but are extremely fine and well integrated.
Very smooth and harmonious a very long finish of fruit purity completes this stylish wine. This distinguished Grenache drinks well now but isideally suited for serious cellaring.
