Please note - we are not wine shippers, this is not our business.
It is our pleasure to ship anywhere in the world for the wines purchased from us by our valuable customers, just ask us and we will,
but we do not ship wine for others, we are not in the professional wine shipping business!

Please note, sending gifts of wine internationally is generally not a viable option.
The freight cost is often as much, or more, than the wine itself.
Additionally, most countries have import restricitions, taxes and duties, and these MUST be paid for by the recipient.
As such, we generally find sending gifts of wine door to door internationally, is not a viable option.

Australian Wine Centre International Freight

All our international shipments include

All wines packed inside specially made foam containers for maximum protection

 Full shipping insurance available

Delivery to your door and customs' clearance included in the quoted costs

International freight has minimums and set costs as set by the shipping companies. This means that 1 bottle costs the same freight as 7 bottles, and also that 6 bottles costs much more than half the 12 bottle cost. Our experience is, except for wine like Grange or Hill of Grace, less than 1 case tends to be uneconomical. As usual with freight, the more cases, the less per case. Should you get together with friends to buy 5 or more cases we can offer very attractive rates.

Please note, for international freight we have a minimum shipment of a full case, and no less than 6 bottles of any individual wine. That is, no more than two different wines per case.

For shipments to most destinations, 6 cases or more brings large freight savings. Perhaps a group of you may wish to order together to get these larger savings?

If we ship the wines to you we can usually claim back all WET and GST taxes before the shipment leaves, and discount your order accordingly. This generally amounts to about 10% off older and back vintage wines, and up to 22 - 24% off retail for current releases, although this varies from wine to wine. We will always quote you exact costs prior to you confirming your order.

International freight is affordable and viable if done correctly, try us.

Freight Prices do NOT include Local Duty or Taxes to Import Wine. Most countries have their own import restrictions and duties payable upon entry. While we clear customs for you, these costs are additional and you may well be invoiced for them prior to clearing. We strongly advise you to check these prior to completing your final order as these are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping to the USA is very difficult, and very expensive. It is possible, but suitable only for wines of high value.

There are differing requirements into the USA than elsewhere, as explained below.

For shipments to the USA, we have a minimum shipment of a full case, and no less than 6 bottles of any individual wine.

Please contact us with any questions, or for our free no obligation quote.   Please note, there are some destinations to which we are unable to ship wine, due to their local laws and restrictions. Currently this includes Canada, Indonesia, Mainland China France Italy Cambodia Vietnam Malaysia (This list may change and vary, without notice, as the situation is liable to change)
