Palate balanced by a refreshing mineral acidity. The wine was made with minimal intervention to preserve fruit purity, with the fruit gently crushed with only the best free-run juice used. Fruit comes from Knappstein's Ackland Vineyard and three vineyards on elevated slate further north towards to town of Clare.
