The nose shows delicate floral notes, enveloping citrus blossom and a touch of musk. The palate opens with grapefuit zest developing further to a white flower fullness and a crisp minerality on the finish. The wine lingers refreshingly with a fine balance between stylish Riesling fruit notes and natural acidity.

The Pewsey Vale Riesling is a rich and intensely flavoured wine. Classic fruit aromas of talcum, crushed stone and limes, with a hint of overlaying dried herb. The palate shows great length and depth with lemons and limes. The wine finishes with a soft but fresh natural acidity which balances the flavour intensity and a minerality that will reward medium to long-term cellaring.

Our Hilltop Riesling shows fragrant pineapple crunch and juicy refreshing acidity. Sealed with a screwcap to ensure integrity of product, enjoy this wine slightly chilled. Serve with fresh grilled sardines and dressed garden salad.

Citrus and juicy exotic perfume first, then an intense citrus burst along with granny smith and green mango – the flavour is delicate yet dry and focussed. There’s a spine of tingling acidity, lemon and flinty cut, and excellent length – long clear and crisp. Refreshing. Rain washed, yes, but as a summer shower on a warm day.
