All wines are fully insured, included in the price quoted.

No wines are left unattended, all must be signed for by an adult. As such, especially for gifts, a daytime work or business address is often better as there will almost always someone in attendance to receive the wine.

If no one is home to receive the wines, they are taken back to head office, and a card to that effect put into your letter box or under the door to arrange more convenient delivery times. The wines will be held for 7 days awaiting this contact, before being returned to me as is the courier policy.

We charge $12 per case or part therof to most metropolitan areas, and $17 per case to Perth and all country areas.

While we usually ship immediately your wines are ready, we do not ship if the weather is over 30 degrees. We will hold the wine here in temperature controlled storage. Additionally, if it is summer, even if the temperature is lower, we will not ship after Wednesday to avoid wines sitting in warehouses over the weekend.
