"Barossa Shiraz. No details but last year’s release came from vines with an average vine age of 20 years. .
A warm, supple shiraz. It’s one of those wines that just feels good as it flows through your mouth. It tastes of toast, ripe plum, clove, woodsy spices and dark, coal-like earth. It has a darkness, almost a tarriness, but it still boasts life and lift. Tannin too has been immaculately well handled; it’s seamless in the wine. Very nice wine. Perfect for a cool evening.
