This is a serious wine, dense, rich, ripe, almost chunky with slabs of fruits, a basket of berries style, with a touch of earth and spice, and some regional dark chocolate. The palate is luscious, chock full of fruit, all black and red berries, plums, spice and some peppery edges, with a lovely velvety mouthfeel, and a full mid palate.
