Natural yeast, barrel ferment, partial malo, lots of lees stirring. Delamere is a key wine estate of the Tamar Valley region, with densely planted vineyards (in Australian terms). Tour de force complexity. Smoke, peach, matchsticks, ripe lemon, nuts. Pours it on. Big aromatics and big flavour, though long and chalky / minerally through the finish. Fantastic length. Quite thrilling. Brilliant. 94+ points Campbell Mattinson Winefront.com.au
This wine, a modern type of French sauvignon, has intense varietal personality, suggesting tropical fruits, blackcurrants, grass and minerals. It tastes forward and fruity, refreshing and clean. Ralph Kyte-Powell
It’s cracking value. ... Tropical fruits and hay. Acidity gets a little stringy on the finish but it’s bright, flavoursome and different-enough to make you want to reach for more. Compelling in its category. Winefront.com.au
Learn More... Suede texture leads into fine, graphite tannin. Complex, layered and beautiful. Wow. 95+ Excellent – Exceptional Wine Will Eat Itself
It’s nicely concentrated with a driving fruit intensity and finishes with clean acid and persistent spice. It’s still finding its feet but this is only going to get better with time. Winingpom
... long, languid and beautifully detailed from start to finish; excellent viticulture and winemaking in total harmony. 96 Points James Halliday
Well it’s become a bit of a star over the past six or seven years. Tannin tames with time though it still ripples and pulls throughout. Terrific length. Savoury to its back teeth – this is not a wine for fruit sluts – and impeccably well balanced. Indeed balance is arguably its key feature. Tip top I’d reckon.95 points Winefront
Learn MoreHandcrafted, small batch is the key to its delicacy. The introduction of Australian bush tomato pairs up with an increase in coriander seed to produce a headstrong but beautifully aromatic and altogether drinkable gin. For the seasoned gin drinker serve with lots of ice, a splash of premium tonic and a slither of green capsicum.
Learn MoreSauvignon Blanc is a regional speciality in the cooler Adelaide Hills. The wine is unoaked to maximise its fresh varietal character and overall tangy, zippy flavours. It has more middle palate and length than more herbaceous styles. A young refreshing wine with pure varietal flavours and lively acidity. A benchmark for Australian Sauvignon Blanc.
