The Australian Wine Centre is based in Adelaide, South Australia, the centre of the Australian wine industry. All prices
shown on the web site are in $Aud.
Returns
The Australian Wine Centre values its customers and their satisfaction highly. Should any order that you receive be
damaged in any way, or be incorrect, different to that which you ordered please contact us and we will replace the missing
or damaged wines immediately. Please keep the copy of the order you received from us as evidence of the order.
At any stage during the order process prior to wine being shipped you may cancel your order. Simply inform us of your
wishes by e-mail or other suitable means, and we will be pleased to help you. Should the wine have been shipped already,
then it is out of our control ? in this case please contact us any way and we may be able to assist. Certainly we will
if we are able!
Delivery times vary of course, please allow 7-10 working days for receipt of goods within Australia. For overseas orders
allow 20 days, although it can be more or less. The variation tends to be delays in the customs process of the destination
country.

It is illegal to sell wine to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order with the Australian Wine Centre you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Remember, it is an offence to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years; this includes purchasing the wines as a gift. If in doubt our couriers may request some form of ID with proof of age at the time of delivery.
